Clara Poulantza is a Greek artist and designer living and working between Athens and London. After studying fashion and art in London and Paris, she founded Contessina London in 2016, a sustainable fine artisan brand dedicated to preserving fine craftsmanship through contemporary design.

She worked for the luxury fashion house founded by her grandmother in Athens in 1958, where she developed a profound appreciation for fine artisanship, exceptional materials, and timeless design.
Her fascination with the intricate beauty of antique lace-making techniques became the inspiration behind Contessina Lace Jewellery with her signature jewelry collection, ''My Precious Lace''.
